- Iqrar of a person during his lifetime, on his property or benefits to accomplish something for charitable purposes or any purpose permitted according to Shariah laws, after the occurrence of death.
- Is a Legal document that states instructions on how your assets are to be managed upon death.
- Will execute upon death, therefore a Will can be amended as many time by testator.
Eligibility Of Testator's
- Has reached the age of 18 years (21 years for the state of Sabah)
- Any person sound of mind
- Act voluntarily and not forced
Types of assets that can be bequest in a Will
- Something can be inherited
- Something of value
- Something that can be transferred after death
- Something that exists and belongs to the testator

- Method of distribution through consensus accepted after obtaining the consent of all heirs.
- The Division Act 1958 applies if there is no documentation of a non -Muslim Will
